The Civil and Small Claims Clerk's Office filing hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Telephone hours are 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:30 to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
The Traffic Clerk's Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month.

Parking is available on streets surrounding the courthouse. Free parking is also available in the four-tier parking structure located behind the library.
There are no food services, but vending machines are located on the 3rd Floor. There are several food establishments in the local area.
Accessible parking is located in the parking structure on the first level. Paths of travel to the main entrance, restrooms elevators, Clerk's Office, courtrooms and jury rooms are accessible.
