Driving Directions
Public Transportation
Parking is available in the City of Norwalk parking structure located off Civic Center Drive to the east of the courthouse. The entrance to the structure is on Avenida Manuel Salinas. The cost is $1.50 for each hour, $6.00 maximum. Handicap parking is available by entering on the west side of the structure. Look for signs designating Handicap and Employee parking. The attendant will open the gate to allow entrance. Some high profile vehicles may exceed the height limitation. See attendant for directions.
A snack bar on the 1st Floor of the courthouse serves sandwiches, hot dogs, beverages and other snack items. The snack bar is open from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. There are also several restaurants within walking distance of the courthouse.
An entrance to the courthouse is available for persons with disabilities and is located on the east side of the building. Accessible parking is available on the first level of the parking structure by entering from Civic Center Drive. Accessible restrooms and telephones are available on the Seventh (7th) Floor in the Jury Assembly Room.

The Clinic is open from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Monday through Friday on a first-come, first-served basis. The Clinic is located on the 2nd Floor in Room 202A.
Family Law Ex-Parte Motions
Ex-parte fee must be paid at the filing window prior to checking in with the courtroom clerk in Departments "A", "Y" and "Z."
Family Law Information Center (FLIC)
FLIC is open Mondays from 8:00 a.m to 4:30p.m. and Tuesdays from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Probate Attorney
Probate Attorney is available on Monday and Tuesday from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
