Public Transportation
Parking is located to the south of the courthouse, next to the Santa Monica Civic Auditorium. Parking rates are $1.60 every 20 minutes, $8.00 maximum per day. On event days there is a flat rate of $8.00. Metered and coin operated parking is available in a parking lot north of the courthouse and directly in front of the courthouse on Main Street.
Vending machines are available on the Second Floor of the courthouse in the south wing and in the Probation Department lobby located on the First Floor of the north wing.
The main entrance to the courthouse is equipped with a ramp for wheelchair access. Wheelchair accessible restrooms are available on the First Floor of the south wing of the Courthouse and on the Second Floor across from Room 220. The Courthouse has two elevators. The elevator at the main entrance serves all floors of the building. The elevator nearest the north wing serves the First and Second Floors. The Santa Monica Courthouse Annex building has an elevator and wheelchair accessible restrooms on the First and Second Floors.

Self-Help Center
Hours are Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Wednesdays from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Children's Waiting Room
The Children's Waiting Room is open to patrons of the courthouse Monday - Friday for children ages 2 1/2 to 13 years. The children must be potty-trained.
Public Lounge
A public lounge is available in Room A100 of the Annex Building. Conference rooms, vending machines and a coin operated photocopier are also available.
