Free public and juror parking is available north of the courthouse on Maple Avenue.

The cafeteria is located on the 1st Floor of the main building. Vending machines are also available in the dining area. Food or drink may NOT be removed from the dining area.

Access ramps are located at the front of the courthouse on Maple Avenue and at the jury assembly room entrance. There are 16 accessible parking spaces in front of the courthouse, north and south of the main entrance. Accessible restrooms are located on the 1st Floor and in the jury assembly room.

Conciliation Counselor
Located in Room 330 in the main building.
Criminal Program Section
The Southwest District has criminal jurisdiction over infractions, misdemeanors and felony offenses filed by South Bay law enforcement agencies. The court handles arraignments for felony charges, preliminary hearings to determine if there is sufficient evidence and felony sentences that do not require the death penalty.

Expungement (1203.4 PC) Motions
You may file your petition and your proof of service with the Prosecuting Attorney by mail (forms are available below or from the Clerk's Office, Room 170). For more information on expungements, click here.

Probate Attorney
Located in Room 310. The Probate Attorney is on-site each Tuesday from 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. and Wednesday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Self Help Center
The Torrance Self Help Center is located on the 1st floor, in Room 160. Office hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12 noon and 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. The Self Help Center is open from 9:00 a.m. to 12 noon on Wednesdays.
