This is an AmeriCorps grant funded program where undergraduate interns
may earn college credit and receive a stipend for successfully completing the program. Interns
are trained in Family Law, Housing Law or Small Claims processes and assist litigants with legal
paperwork and information at the Self Help Legal Access Centers located in the various courthouses
throughout Los Angeles County. The program is open to students from five participating campuses:
