The Los Angeles Superior Court is offering two
training sessions for temporary judges pursuant to CRC rule 2.812, et seq.
The Court is the program sponsor and is approved as a provider of
Minimum Continuing Legal Education credit by the State Bar of California
(Provider Number 485). Participants will
receive 3 hours of elimination of bias
credit.

DATES: Thursday,
October 16, or Friday,
October 17, 2008
PLACE:
TIME: 11:30 a.m. Registration begins.
12:45 to 4:45 p.m. Orientation and Training.
PARKING: Information
will be provided with enrollment confirmation
Space is limited and MCLE credit is provided. Prepaid
reservations are required and payment must be received by Wednesday, October
8, 2008. Prepaid reservations are
nonrefundable and nontransferable.

Judge. An assignment to serve as a
temporary judge does not constitute an employment relationship with the
