FIRST AMENDED GENERAL ORDER

NO. 37.11

 

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that all counsel and witnesses shall abstain from any evidence,

testimony, or reference concerning a defendant and/or other trial participant’s status as an asbestos company, asbestos industry, asbestos defendants, the industry, or of the existence of an asbestos litigation industry, lottery or mill.  All counsel are ordered to inform their witnesses to comply with this Order.
