Special Submission Requested for Civil Pleadings More than 3” Thick Filed

At Stanley Mosk Courthouse

EFFECTIVE APRIL 4, 2011

Due to the extensive handling requirements for voluminous civil pleadings filed at the Stanley Mosk Courthouse, 111 N. Hill St., Los Angeles 90012, it is strongly requested that any document greater than three (3) inches thick be separated into volumes prior to being submitted to the Court. Each volume of the pleading should contain a separate cover page.

Limiting documents to no more than three inches thick will avoid delays and ensure the Court has the opportunity to review all filed documents in a timely fashion.

All pleadings should continue to be filed in Room 102 except as otherwise required. For additional information, call 213-974-5201.
