NOTICE
OF INTENT TO DESTROY SELECT/ELIGIBLE SUPERIOR COURT APPELLATE DIVISION
CASE
RECORDS
The
Appellate Division for the Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles,
hereby gives notice of its intent to destroy qualified appeal case records for
limited civil, misdemeanor, and infraction actions no sooner than 30 days after
the date of this notice. [Government
Code §§ 68152 – 68153]
The
appeal case records qualified for destruction are as follows: Appeal
records in Limited Civil, Misdemeanor, and Infraction actions where more than five
(5) years have passed from the date a remittitur was issued and no petition for
rehearing was granted. [Government Code §
68152(i)]
