This site contains current information about the status of cases included in the State of California Judicial Council Coordinated Proceeding #JCCP 4032, also known as the Diet Drug Cases (Fen-Phen). This site has been established and is maintained by the Los Angeles Superior Court in order to improve the communication between the Court and interested parties in matters involving management of these cases. Through this Web site, litigants and their lawyers will be informed of scheduled hearings and court orders affecting their cases.
