If you served as a non-expert witness and are requesting fees, you may obtain a claim form in Criminal. Witness Fee Claims must be approved by the judicial officer presiding over the case. Claims are processed in the Accounting within 30 days after the claim was approved. Children's Waiting Room Kids Place, a children's waiting room, provides a fun, safe, clean and caring environment for children while their parents or guardian transact business with the Court. Up to twenty young children, infant to 13 years of age can be supervised within the facility by volunteers.
 
Admittance to Kids Place requires the caregiver to read and complete an Information and Agreement form. Each caregiver and child will receive matching bracelets upon admittance, and each child will be released only to the adult wearing the identical bracelet as the child.
