  • Trust proceedings

Pro Bono Probate Settlement Program

Become a volunteer attorney with the Pro Bono Probate Settlement Program. Contact your local Bar Association or click here for more information. Program begins August 1, 2013.


June 10, 2013:

Effective June 10, 2013, all probate cases pending in district courthouses, EXCEPT THOSE IN THE NORTH DISTRICT, will be transferred to Department 29 in the Central District. Until that time, documents for cases pending in a district should be filed in the courthouse hearing that case. For additional information, see the Court Consolidation Plan.


April 8, 2013:

Effective April 8, 2013, except as to those cases that may be filed in the North District , all new Los Angeles Superior Court probate cases must be filed in Room 429 in the Stanley Mosk Courthouse, located at 111 N. Hill St., Los Angeles 90012. For additional information, see the Court Consolidation Plan.
