Notice of Courtroom Closures Pursuant to Government Code 68106

To address significant reductions in funding, the Los Angeles Superior Court is implementing $30 million in staff reductions by June 30, 2012. The staff reduction plan includes $6.8 million in savings from removing courtroom staff from certain courtrooms. Please click here to view the plan.

Pursuant to Government Code section 68511.7, the Court is accepting public comments regarding the plan prior to its adoption. Comments can be sent to Feedback@LASuperiorCourt.org.
