Officials from the Los Angeles Superior Court recently learned of individuals and companies making bogus demands to pay a fine or provide personal information, such as a Social Security number, that appear to be from the court. Please click here for additional information.
Please be advised that the Los Angeles Superior Court does not contact jurors, litigants or others doing business with the Court via unsolicited e-mail. If you receive an e-mail purportedly from the court, you are advised to NOT open the link which is included in unsolicited e-mails - doing so may expose your computer to a virus.
In addition, Court personnel will never ask you to provide sensitive personal information such as a social security number or credit card number, unless you are contacting us in order to make a payment.
